I entered a contest

Published January 3, 2015 by lynn k scott

While I was checking my email, I accidentally clicked on something, and this video link popped back up.  I had entered a contest on Facebook a couple of years ago to show support of our troops.  It’s very amateurish, but I am proud of it; first video venture and all.  I used pictures from Facebook, the cards were created by my friend Dan, and some of the pictures were mine.  I borrowed Toby Keith’s song, “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue”.

I had recently received a signed autograph promo pic from Toby.  There were two:  one for my soldier son and one for me.  Seems I knew some people, who knew some people.  I have treasured it since.

I forgot I had dedicated this to my sister, who had only passed away four months prior to this being made.

I a proud Army mom and I fully support our military and their families.
