Who am I?

Published March 1, 2017 by lynn k scott

Boy, if that’s not a loaded question!  I was thinking about this the other day.  How people perceive me, what they’ve said about me and what I think of me.

So here I am in a nutshell:

  • I am strong (or so I have been told).
  • I am weak (I have my moments).
  • I am trying to be a better person.
  • I am full of self-doubt.
  • I am trying to stay positive when my world crashes in around me.
  • I am the mature one; always having to be responsible.
  • I am a decision maker.  It is a tiring job.
  • I am a wife.
  • I am a mother.
  • I am someone’s worst enemy.
  • I am outspoken.
  • I cry too much.
  • I hurt too much (in my heart).
  • I am sick (chronic illness).
  • I am scared (at times).
  • I am brave (because I have to be).
  • I can sympathize.
  • I am a good listener.
  • I am a friend.
  • I am patriotic.
  • I am honest.
  • I am blunt (too much at times).
  • I am an old soul.
  • I am tired.
  • I am a survivor.

I am me.
